เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนสินค้า

ลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนขนาด,สีและแบบได้โดยลูกค้าต้องแจ้งเปลี่ยนภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า (ไม่นับวันหยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์)
สินค้าที่ส่งมาเปลี่ยนต้องไม่เคยใช้งาน และอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ บรรจุภัณฑ์อยู่ในสภาพดี ไม่ขาด
ลูกค้าต้องส่งสินค้ากลับมาพร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ภายในเวลา 10วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า (ไม่นับวันหยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์)
ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าส่งสินค้าคืนและค่าส่งสินค้าใหม่

Return policy

You may change your order for a different size design and color.
Requests for exchange will only be entertained up to 30 days after the item is received, excluding weekend and public holidays.
Items should be unworn and in perfect condition. All packaging, including the original packaging should be sent with the goods in perfect condition.
Items should always be mailed back to us within 10 days after the item is received, excluding weekend and public holidays.
Please note, however, that you will need to shoulder two-way shipping cost.

เงื่อนไขการคืนเงิน

บริษัทฯ จะทำการคืนเงินค่าสินค้าให้กับลูกค้า ในกรณีที่บริษัทฯ ไม่สามารถจัดส่งสินค้าตามที่ลูกค้าสั่งซื้อได้

1 ระยะเวลาการคืนเงินค่าสินค้า มีรายละเอียดดังนี้
กรณีลูกค้าชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนตัดผ่านระบบ บัตรเครดิต/เดบิต ( Visa , Master card ) จะทำการคืนเงินกลับไปยังบัตรเครดิตที่ลูกค้าใช้ในการชำระเงิน
โดยใช้ระยะเวลาประมาณ 10-45 วัน ทำการ ตามแต่เงื่อนไขของธนาคารเจ้าของบัตรเครดิต ซึ่งจะทำการคืนเงินกลับไปยังบัตรเครดิตของท่าน
ท่านจะได้รับ Email แจ้งจากทางบริษัทได้ดำเนินการโอนเงินคืนไปยังบัญชีท่าน

2 กรณีลูกค้าชำระเงินเต็มจำนวน ผ่านการโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคาร
บริษัทจะทำการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน ผ่านการโอนเงินคืนตามหมายเลขบัญชีธนาคารตามที่ท่านต้องการ
โดยใช้ระยะเวลาประมาณ 3-7 วันทำการ ท่านจะได้รับการตอบกลับหลังจากการแจ้งการคืนเงินภายในระยะเวลา 24 ชม.

Refund Policy

The company will refund the goods to customers. In case the company can not ship to your order.

1.Refunding Time
If customers pay full amount on Credit card / debit card (Visa, Master card) will be refunded to customer’s card.
It takes about 10-45 working days. depend on bank of credit card holder. The refund will be credited back to your credit card. You will receive an email when We have transferred money back to your account.

2.In case of full payment Transfer money to bank account
The company will refund the full amount. and transfer money back to your preferred bank account number about 3-7 working days.
You will receive a response within 24 hours after the refunding process is finished.
